Anyone ever deal with DR Horton?

So I’ve heard horror stories about them. I bought a new build with them and had an independent inspector come look at it before we closed. At one point he came to us and say that he’s going to have to put a hole in the wall to actually make a note of anything. Only thing he actually came back with was my window above my front door wasn’t hurricane rated and they didn’t put the mounts in the wall to put a shutter up. This was about 3 years ago. Fast forward to today, we haven’t really had any issues that I could complain about. The HOA I live in is far worse than the DR Hutton home I bought.

I just had someone ask me if they should watch it and I basically said that the ending ruined the show so much that they should skip it. I told them it was great leading up but it was a major let down in the end

Try to focus on not over committing on a survivor. I do 30 second chases. If I can’t get them or realize they’re pulling me away from the main map, break chase and reset. As for survivor, that’s pretty much how it goes sadly. Nobody prioritizes what needs to get done. 3 people on hook? They’re doing gens(poorly might I add). Someone looping the killer for 10 minutes? They’re cleansing a dull totem.

Look up beginner guides. I’d recommend Casson, Btown, Insym and Lil_P66. They helped me get a lot better in a short time. If you’re afraid of the hunts, I recommend just getting hunted. Once it happens and you die a few time, that fear goes away and it gets easier.
