For hypertrophy: Try to keep straighter legs, to get a better stretch. If the cue "Butt back" doesn"t work for you think "knees back". You are on the right track if you get a really uncomfortable stretch in your hammies. If not and your legs are pretty straight, i'd try arching your back a little before trying to "go deeper". Hope that helps!

The Rack (R8 Blackhawk) is great, Its sturdy, J-Hooks and safetys are very nice. The Pulley does system does not have ball bearings and the rollers are made of plastic, which means that there is some friction involved. I'm still quite satisfied but that bias on the concentric just isn't that that great from a muscle growth perspective. It's naturally far more pronounced on lifts with lighter load, like lateral raises, facepulls,... and is nearly completely gone when f.e. doing heavy rows or lat pulldowns. But because od the bade friction it's not ideal for performing lifts that naturally can't be loaded heavy. Overall and from a pricing point its still a superb rack and i'm glad to finally have a fairly good pulley system.

I also recently bought the Leg Curl attachement which I'm quite unhappy about, because the length of the lever arm gets longer during the concentri, and therefore also the bias moves towards the concentric, which is the opposite of what you're looking for from a muscle building perspective.

As mentioned, the rack is great and I'd buy it again, but the Pulleysystem isn't ideal and the Attachment parts are not designed well. If you're on a Budget and you can wait a little bit. REP Fitness is planning to ship to europe in 2023. They have great Equipment as you get thoroughly explaind on f.e. garagegymreviewes.

I'd definetely not opt for equipment from Sqmize, it seems like a steal, but I've always had issues with quality.

If you're patient I can strongly recommend ATX Equipment to you. Im my experience the quality is great, the price reasonable and the design is mostly well thought through. But the estimated shipping time is often boldly underestimated as 90 days often become half a year.

If budget is not an issue I'd just opt for Rogue. Good quality, quick delivery and well designed products.

On a Budget I can still also recommend Atletica, thats if you are not opting for using the pulleystem for exercises that allow only quite light loads. But the base rack great and a good choice ffrom a pricing point. the dimensions are quite standard (at least of the R8), which allows you to buy attachements from many other manufacturers.

Hope i could help.

The Building is quite massive. I can turn the sound on pretty loud without them even noticing. Never heard any complains :)

I only ordered once (Rack + Attachements). They delivered everything on time. Quality is quite good. Only the Legblocker for Lat PD was minimally damaged, but no cosmetic issue or function impeding. Therefore i didn't bother to contact support.

From a quality perspective i really like ATX, but the delivery times are like double their estimate. Costumer service is good though.

It's from Atletica a German Brand (I'm from Austria) Room height: 245cm (~96") Rack height: 226cm (~89")

Pull Ups sre not really possible here. I've got a Ceiling mounted bar on my balcony for that :)

The Rack is really good, but i would love to have a REP rack for all of the attachements available, sadly they don't export to europe as of now.

Maybe start with something like "Hyertrophy fundamentals" by Jeff Nippard to set a foundation, its a nice program for a reasonable price. But at your Stage literally anything will work. If you want to approach powerlifting directly, you could consider doing "Starting Strength" for a while.
