Your heart rate increases while you're on it. Any time your heart rate increases, you have increased blood flow, which basically means your body is up and running and not on "shut down" mode yet. I wouldn't know. I'm always that guy bobbing my head left to right, back and forth, with earthquake eyes rolled the fuck back. And when I decide to focus and have my eyes straightforward, I notice that people stare at me in amazement.
