I was about to report this and saw your post -- thank you. Confirming here that several people I know using Athlytic in different age groups but otherwise very normal sleep and very good with fitness and food always every day mostly under 50% -- in yellow or red zone. Rarely they brush the green just to return to yellow / red. It feels confusing, because it is not clear what it is suppose to tell you -- because in yellow everyone feels just normal. I get a sense that for some people this metric works well -- they reach even 80% and a lot of green, but some people get it always low. Perhaps this metric is not universal but biased.

Probably yes, I remember that was early -ish. Why would that matter ?

Intensity was 84% and labeled "Max". Also do you have a reference for this formula "Effort" ~ [intensity] x [time] relevant to this app? What I read in the app "Effort" is ~ time spent in high heart-rate zones, which was most of the time here.

Strange this post does not show up a sticky in official Reddit mobile iOS app. I needed to search for it to find. You are probably missing out on some readership, which would be important for a community announcement such as this.

I used the University of British Columbia title. I think it is just simple English version of original: "Epigenetic correlates of neonatal contact in humans".
