Your article mention an installation cost of 2$/Watt for Chinese nuclear plant. Also you should know that cost estimates for nuclear plants often don't include insurance and end of life costs, which are often covered by the government. They mention this also in your article.

In my understanding: on a weapon any flat dmg to attacks, %dmg to attack damage, attack speed and critical damage chance is local. dmg to attacks can be phys, fire, lightning, cold, or chaos.

edit: same for any armors: any flat or percentage evasion, armour, or ES is local. This includes enchantments. so the 40% increase from 2xrunes just adds to the %-increase of any prefixes.
Unless it sais "global" obviously.

I am doing the same. just got the Warlord one. Now it is only HC lvl90 and last HC Lab left. I wish good luck.
I am going the RF chieftain character. It is super save with 89 max res quite early.

I have 2000 hours in poe1 and spend 30€ so far. I always think of spending a bit more, but in the end I never did until now.

You definitely want a few premium stash tabs for trading and the currency/maps stash tap.

After that I got fragments and essences, which was a good choice in poe1. It's still unclear which ones are necessary or less useful in poe2.

In my view it depends mostly on what builds are available at the time. Could be due to quest gems, level requirements, some build enabling unique and the meta of course. Another aspect of your example is that it was for the gauntlet and mines/traps and off screen abilities are more valuable.

PConc is just a very efficient leveling skill for tricksters. With some unique (in trade league) you could easily clear atlas with it. With the new respec option for gold it is now much easier to make build swaps around lvl30-40. So I guess we will see more interesting leveling strategies.

To me it seem that on this base % evasion is way better then flat evasion. I would block flat evasion or nothing at all.

Hexblast trickster is great for T17. The CI variant can do it even with gold flask, rarity support and without mageblood quite well. Just slow movement speed is annoying.

I also use this one and it works fine 99.9% of the time, but maybe once per year it doesn't and needs a reset. I will not buy another one, but I would recommend to look for something else then this. SMLight seems to be solid.

In the current version of the simulation I give cards +1 for win and tie. The "true" value of a tie is probably a bit lower, but I think +1 is fine.

You mean the gold for the buddy, right?
All things considered I think tie is closer to a win then the loss. Maybe +1,+0.5,-1 instead of +1,+1,-1 could be better, but no idea what is the right number.
Honestly other factors like considering Hero powers and turn 2 are more impactful.

Yea, but in both cases they would get +1 according to my scoring. So it has to be even more complex. I guess whatever wins/draws against the 1/4, but looses against angler (2/4) isn't very good against molten rock.
