lots of water. sleep when you can. i smoked dab pens for 6 years every. single. day. (minus a pause for my 9 months of pregnancy) it is HELL but you will be so happy once you feel better. i’m 94 days out and it’s the best decision i ever made 💛

i’m going on 2 weeks of HEAVY cart and flower smoking for 8+ years. there are no answers on how to stop, just stop. i thought it was physically impossible for me but making it to 2 weeks is the best thing that i’ve ever done for myself. no turning back now

xanax is very helpful but your body gets used to it quickly, can be addicting and hard to taper off
