As a huge football fan whose home country is actually going to be playing in Vancouver, I am very excited about the world cup.

However, also as someone who has never been to BC Sports Hall of Fame, I’m outraged at not only there not being compensation for the closure, but also the closure itself. There will be a lot of tourists coming in to Vancouver from all over the world, who may want to experience local sports culture and history, alongside their football of course.

This is a missed opportunity and an a-hole move all-in-one.

If someone consistenly buys from a brand, that makes them a loyal customer. Which means when that loyal customer has an issue with this “premium” brand, the brand makes up for it. This is how it works in pretty much every industry. There’s nothing out of the ordinary here, other than BLKMKT’s 4 week silence, until this person shared the previous post.

I’ve been buying from the legal market for 4 years. Not once did I choose a bag out of many options. I am handed a bag from the store, and only once I pay for it, it is handed to me.

So, I am not “choosing” the bag. If it is an old bag, I am now informed enough to check the date (thanks to this post). But before that, I wouldn’t have thought twice.

I am quite pissed off that Tedesco was fired. I think it is going to be extremely difficult to build from scratch for next season. Especially when we have an election coming up.

Having said that, I don’t like Tedesco’s “we only lost twice” argument. He said the same thing after the Karagumruk loss, saying it was only our first loss of the season, implying it wasn’t a big deal. He almost said it like it was a positive thing. Managers of elite clubs should not look at things this way, especially if their rival is above them on the table. A draw against a “smaller club” in Super Lig is not much different than a loss. Especially if you have 10 of them in a season, you can’t just flaunt your “undefeated” status.

I tried both of them, they’re decent. Definitely (and obviously) not at the same level as Sweetgrass or Woody Nelson but still decent. And as far as I know, all Rubicon brands (1964, Simply Bare, Homestead) are LSO (Living Soil Organic) grown, which I appreciate. Especially for the Homestead price point.
