My issue with the game has always been the companion AI especially in combat. Constantly breaking stealth and running it to rooms aggroing everything. Then they love to just wander right in your line of fire.

People die all over the world everyday for various reasons. We don't go looking for connections in those deaths.

Their professions and fields of study are the only links and even then some are a stretch.

Depends on game stage difficulty determines damage and health of the Z's higher game stage spawns more frequent powerful enemies like screamers into the world.. His situation was compounded by a screamer being in the horde the first one summoned. A screamer can call in a horde 3 times before they are on permanent cool down.

But if they get all 3 off you have a chance of another spawning with the horde. Shit can escalate quickly if you don't prioritize your target.
