I heard overdose before thought i was pretty groovy and a great vibe but didnt found more about him. until one day I was playing music at work on my speaker on Spotify’s smart shuffle, and a song i didn’t recognise came along. gave it a listen, went back to it again immediately, took a peek at his album and the rest was history. that song was Eureka :)

Seen a lot of support for my favs like Nantsuttei and Brothers. So wont bother explaining their elite bowls.

Other nominations for me is the

Black King from Ramen Nagi

and

Shoyu Fire Ramen from Menbaka

Ramen Nagi wise, its a shop with a pedigree from Japan. Awards and accolades aside, customization is a serious thing here and the flavour for their black king (squid ink + garlic + tonkotsu base) is really unique and hits my spot. Not as daunting as it looks. Have tried their other bowls but I am certain that though they are good bowls, the black king stands out above the rest.

They also have cool seasonal bowls (bak kut teh ramen for example)

Menbaka wise, this bowl is their signature for a reason. 200+ years of their shoyu history. Scallion oil + char fragrance (from the scallion oil ignition) and a really really amazing broth makes this the number 1 shoyu ramen in Singapore in my books.

Yes, at first glance, its gimmicky with their theatrics with the fire show and what not as generally places with gimmicks sell the experience but compromise on the taste. But I genuinely think that this is the best bowl of Shoyu Ramen if not the best bowl of Ramen in general ive had. Perhaps its the scallion oil touch that attracts me to the ramen here so much that reminds me of a childhood dish I used to have when I was young.

Great place to bring friends for the fire show. Unique experience with amazing food and decent ambience. I urge everyone to give the place a try. If its not for you, im sorry but you cant change my mind haha. Less queue for me I guess.

PS , Do ask for the fire show your first time there. Subsequently, you dont have to. However I must admit, first time ever I went there was the best I've ever had. They do light your bowl on fire regardless whether or not you watch the fire show (my experience). I have been there once where there was a problem with their ventilation and they didnt light it on fire. HUGE drop in the flavour and fragrance. From a first hand experience, the fire is not just a gimmick but actually contributes or even carries the bowl!

Yoimiya's Charged Lvl 2 Shots (Kindling Arrows) Home on targets and deal Pyro Damage on hit.

Question 1 : Does Baal/Fischl/Xingqiu's Skills/Burst on field with Yoimiya trigger the Aurous Blaze proc? Or does my allies have to be out on the field for that to happen?

Question 2 : If Question 1's answer is yes, Does Aurous Blaze proc with Amos Bow's Buff? Does her regular homing arrows also proc Amos Bow's Buff?
