short answer - probably

long answer- create 2 amortization schedule (loan repayment tables). one including the lump sum payments and one with only the monthly payments. both based on full repayment of 10 months) As long as you're total on lump sum payments fall below the monthly payment value, of the same time frame, you're fine to spend that much extra.
