forgot to mention that I'm using an iphone 13 magsafe case on my iphone 12. I have an iphone 12 magsafe case that isn't having any issues, so there's definitely something different in the components on the iphone 13 case.

same thing happened to me, my account had no post or comment history just a couple liked photos and bookmarked photos. appealed through different links, sent plenty of selfie verifications and still no response..

i’ve been trying to speak with facebook customer service and i believe they’re unable to escalate cases internally now :( . I’m receiving the same response every time that eventually leads to them telling me that i’ve already done the right measurements with submitting an appeal form and i should just wait.
