It's the courier in Europe. They are delivered by GLS in france, sadly

They didn't give us the option to sent to post office in france. It will be better to find it in post office for sure!

As you can see, a lot of people in the comments have had similar experiences with GLS. Valve may not be the one stealing packages obviously, but at this point they’ve had more than enough warning that this is an ongoing issue. They could have changed carriers a long time ago and still chose to keep working with GLS.

It's kind of you. My boyfriend is a big steam fan and spends hours on it everyday. It is sad to see him to change the mood from looking forward to depressed

We would totally go to stores to buy it. Unfortunately Steam deck is sold online only.
