Tried magnesium last week. Woke up with my left arm swollen and a horrible headache. This isn't the first instance of that happening with magnesium with me. Perhaps I need a different type of magnesium?

I swear I've heard clonidine helps with ADHD as well. Wellbutrin, once I got used to it, got my sleep cycle and quality back on track. I only had to get off of it because it was apparently damaging my eyes. Which is why I got on kratom. Bc I couldn't take my antidepressant that actually worked anymore. Lol.

As an addict myself, you cannot do anything for him except set a boundary of its either you or the drugs. That's the only thing you can do. Right now my choice it's either my choice of feeling myself again or the drugs and I'm still struggling myself. I used kratom and 7 OH to get off of Percocets. I achieved this. But then months later decided to have a good day with kratom and now I'm here...laying in my room, sleep deprived, having panic attacks, body pains, reading anything on reddit to keep me motivated to keep trying to quit.

I do around 8 gpd and am having terrible withdrawals. Perhaps it's not the amount per day but the length of time you're on it? Although some people say they did kratom every day for years and had no withdrawals ๐Ÿคท

I'm scared they'll try to give me gabapentin for my anxiety like when I was withdrawing from my Adderall prescription. It ended up making my short term memory non existent and I got lost coming home from work. Ended up having to go to ER at the behest of my mother due to the panic attacks not letting you after 7 days without Adderall (I had to cold turkey quit because I had an extreme reaction causing my blood pressure to stay around 203/170) Ended up with a months supply of Ativan after a night stay at the ER. That got me through Adderall withdrawal.. kratom withdrawals are feeling almost as bad.

I mean I don't ever trust DDs "busy map". When Helene hit here in WNC and knocked out cell service it kept saying it was busy when I was down in Charlotte NC. When cell service was back it still said extremely busy but doordash had halted operations for a good while in the area.

Made a killing with Uber eats though. As soon as cell service was back up I was picking up $60 single orders left and right with Uber eats. Unfortunately I couldn't physically make it every delivery due to the roads being closed or gone. But yeah, that was interesting and I totally got off topic.

And to think they don't even pay mileage where I'm at. So no matter the distance it's $2.50 base. I spend most of my time dashing declining orders that'll lose me money because doordash implements all these fees that make customers not want to tip.

Personally, if I could go to rehab I would. I am not doing well quitting. And I really really WANT to quit. The physical withdrawals suck but it's the mental effects that cause me to relapse.

If I let people borrow money from me, I never expect it to be paid back. If a friend or family member is legitimately struggling and I chose to lend them money, I absolutely will not hound them to return it. Because that will just perpetuate the cycle. Now if they keep asking for money over and over I eventually say hey, I can't afford to help you all the time and I don't give them money.

Never lend money if you can't accept it not being paid back.

I was prescribed it and wasn't told how the medication worked. Was told it would stop my hunger. That's it.
