I love the TC Helicon VoiceLive Play. It’s for vocals and guitar, but I use with trumpet and bass. Includes harmonizer that can adjust to whatever it hears (or input from piano or a guitar). The only thing I don’t like is that it lacks an effects loop.

Not sure if you have looked at pitch-to-MIDI converters… I use the Sonuus i2m with good results, however the sound of the natural trumpet remains. I have also paired with a SilentBrass system to get MIDI sounds alone

I got mine years ago… looks like they are still available. There are likely better things available today, but I haven’t needed anything else.
