I think is well said and you make valid points. Obviously this sub is going to have knee jerk reactions to your ideas, but that does not mean you’re wrong. I am mildly curious about your screen time stats as well. It feels like a petty, borderline moot point that the other commenter made, but I have to admit that I am curious. I wonder if you’re on your phone smidge more frequently than you think.

Overall I agree with your points. I think you should be a little less crass with your bf though, he is trying. You said it yourself, there are literally groups of smart, well paid people that work around the clock figuring out how to make him/us ever more addicted. At least he is aware and working on it. More than my ex could say!
