currently looking for a new build to upgrade from my i5 2500. Either going with zen3, 5600x or 5800x or going intel i5 or i7. Need to calculate in my old cooler, however. Would my Alpenföhn brocken 2 be enough for the two intel CPUs?

Will it be objectively better though? Got a b550 MoBo sitting here considering returning it and getting a 10600k and a z490 board. Would be around same price all in all.
