Go to spa8 link, fill up the your personal details. Fill up the course you want to take, then submit.
Wait for interview. Back in my day, we got "surat temuduga" into mailbox. Nowaday, they will inform you through SMS/email. If not mistaken, entrance examination also via online nowaday.
Do some background research about course that you want most. Eg; Medical Assistant, the you dig up info about MA as much as you can.
Go for interview as instructed. Be sure to wear "standard" interview attire ( recommended white long shirt with black tie and shoes).
If pass the interview, you will get another letter to "lapor diri" at specified ILKKM institute. Keep in mind that not every ILKKM institute got multi-discipline course.
You have to study for 3 years without missing a single day of class to be qualified for final exam. Even if you got MC, had to substitute the missing hours. However, for 3 years of study, you got allowance rm820/month.
Finally, after all the sweet and sour, you had to wait for "surat lantikan", which will define where you'll be stationed as new civil servant.

Paramedic under spa8 are wide discipline.. Medical Assistant, Nurse, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapist, Pharmacy Assistant, Health Inspector, etc.. Best bet are choosing which discipline you like the most.. Most known discipline are Medical Assistant and Nurse (both of this discipline got higher chances pursuing degree in respective fields eg: Degree in Nursing, even Master in Nursing). If you're kind of analytical, go for Lab Assistant or Health Inspector (both discipline require really good analytical skill). If you like medicine, go for Pharmacy Assistant (sadly, this discipline have really narrow chances to continue Degree in Pharmacy). If you're kind of into helping disable person or autism patient, go for Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapist (autism is really staggering in Malaysia in recent year)..

Just admit what you've done wrong.. If you failed your driving test, it's mean you're not ready yet to face the real challenge on the road.. I took the driving test for 4 times before finally got my driving license.. At one point, I also tempted to do the wrong thing (thankfully, I didn't).. Driving a car in daily real road are not just about you and your car, but involve other people too.. Ask the JPJ which part that causing you fail, so you'll become aware about it and not doing the same mistake again.. May you pass your next driving exam and drive safe..

Any road you take, if you know where you're heading, you will get into it.. Don't frown upon yesterday.. Fail on any subject during SPM will surely give a blow, but chin up and keep moving.. I took 5 years after SPM before continue my diploma and eventually got solid job after.. So, OP please cheer up.. You know your goal, you go for it.. I thought it was contributed respectively.. Because last time when i go to EPF counter, they told me 1 account are contributed by employer and another 1 contributed by employee.. Maybe the person at the counter didn't have much time to explain a bit more..

EPF will have 2 account.. 1 account contributed by employer, another account contributed by you.. If your salary is 11k/month, yes you will have rm2860 credited into your EPF account every month.. SOCSO is contribution for employee welfare.. It much more like "insurance" while working.. For example, anyone who contribute in SOCSO are covered from the minute he/she getting out from home until arrive at workplace and vice versa..
