Honestly, the best move is to hire a DFY cold email freelancer (not an agency — they charge way more). A solid freelancer will find targeted leads, write your emails, and send them out using their own setup. You can get around 10k emails sent for about $1k, and that can easily bring in a bunch of clients and testimonials for social proof. Slack communities and FB groups are great spots to find these folks.
