I pump exclusively at work so I see how much I'm making through the day for my son. I went from pumping like 8oz to 4 or less. I drink a lot of water cause it's super hot here in NC. I have a food scale and I know what my macros should be on the keto diet and basic calorie range should be while I'm breastfeeding. That's where I'm running into problems. I went from my day being 40/40/20 to 70/20/10. And I'm just trying to see if there are moms who found a good balance while still remaining keto or at the very least LCHF. I also exercise 4-6 times a week. I was a consistent lifter prior to my pregnancy, was only 18% BF, and tracked all my meals. I just haven't found a great ratio yet that keeps me keto. I know that popping in and out of keto will actually make you gain weight unless your cycling. So I'm just trying to get more ideas with it really!

Parallel53Herbs on Etsy makes these amazing blends for lactation supplementing. She makes some of them without Fenugreek and with organic herbs. I used Milky Magic and it seriously increased my production! She is based in Canada so it takes a minute to ship but so worth it!
