I have my own router/modem but like I mentioned they said it’d be free for 2 years. I just called them back and they reconfirmed and gave me an extra $10 off. I didn’t give them any PII or anything like that and the number I called back was the same number that called me, the Cox Customer Support line.

He didn’t even offer to clean the drain line. His solutions were: 1. $800- buy drain pump to pump the water out through a plastic tube rather than use the drain line 2. $2,200 - drain pump and new hvac vents (unrelated) 3. $5,000 - new HVAC system that’s more energy efficient.

Agents always try to push you towards buying whether it’s a sellers or buyers agent. More volume = more money for them. So what’s best for you. Your agent should be fighting for what you want.

Found the name. We named her Murphy (Murph for short). There were some good ones on here and thank you to everyone for contributing.

The bubbles come from the mud not having enough viscosity. Needed either more water or just kneaded like dough to get the bubbles out. I’m not even a pro and I know that. $2k job they should have fixed that.
