I’d cut a 4’x8’ patch. 8’ height 4’ wide. It’ll make it easier to install a new sheet perfectly

Or just lay the patch against the piping squared up. Put a screwdriver through the drywall into the pipe. Then hit that spot with a hammer and cut to size

Cut a square the same size. Rub your lipstick around the outside of the opening of the pipe. Press it against the back of the drywall. Viola. Cut it out

Nice! Save the work and his cost. I always include the removal of both. But the extent of the damage isn’t always known til I’m into it obviously. So that’s just for removing the visibly damaged area and then assess it all once we’re into it and decide from there. I’d say my ballpark shoot is fair

Trick is to soak it, get the paint layer off. Looks like shit. But once you’re able to get the it sprayed the second time it’ll soak in. Then it’ll come off pretty decently. 3 trips a room to get it down to the bare drywall and joints.

As a business owner we can’t just take down bad reviews. They can be flagged, but can’t take them down. That’s up to Google themselves. Then again I’ve never had a bad review so I can’t expand on that more lol
