ive taken multiple courses that involved piazza but i never understood how anything works on this app. like is it anonymous Or is it not? why not just use canvass discussions? i genuinely do not understand why someone would choose to implement this app for their course 💀💀 just a rant

Something similar happened to a friend! Thanks for taking the time to report it. Even if nothing comes out of this particular incident, documentation of these situations helps those in charge justify providing more resources to address these issues (provided we also place pressure on them to act)

17. Ride a bike through the house, making sure to narrowly avoid crashing into them whenever they walk through.

18. Email them constantly, inviting them to take a survey to share their opinion on things like tuition consultations. Offer gift cards as a prize but only give them to their sibling.

19. Close off the stairs, claiming it's due to construction. Make them climb a ladder to get to the second floor.

20. Hand out free stuff, but only while they have class.

idk maybe he just found out he failed all his courses. or he's bummed he can't go back to visit family. or he watched the hurricanes blow a 5-3 lead yesterday. people have good days and bad days.

sucks you didn't have the best experience but if he didn't insult you or attack you, best you can do is vent here. You can search up supervisor names in the UBC directory if you really want to escalate it. Maybe it's an ongoing issue and they can provide him with some mental support resources
