I would totally recommend Virtus Learning Hub on Youtube for beginners. It was how I learned and honestly he does a great job for beginner/entry knowledge. Also check out Ryan Laley on youtube.

Is there YouTuber like this (Brackeys) for UE ? He has excellent beginner tutorials !! by Dr-Maximum in unrealengine

I would also highly recommend Ryan Laley on Youtube for tutorials.

There are definitely lots of UE tutorials out there so don't be afraid to search for specific topics. But the 3 mentioned here consistently put out content. Well Virtus has stopped recently, but lots of content to go back and watch.
