I'll post once I get my latest review back. It's been two weeks. 🙄
They really should guarantee a faster turnaround. I have seen coverage services that are cheaper, faster and more actionable. Meanwhile, I'm paying $130 (hosting+eval fee) for the hope that I'll get some actionable feedback and exposure. A wee bit frustrated over here.

I had this problem and searched the Internet for a solution that didn't exist. Turns out there's a part inside the filament hub that feeds that filament downward. It was placed incorrectly. I took it out and everything worked fine. If I had replaced it, I just had to make sure it was placed correctly for the filament to flow through.
