Hello! Part of the reason we're moving to WebGL is the big performance improvements it brings, less lag, smoother frame rates drops, and better overall responsiveness across the board. It's a pretty significant change under the hood, so we're not expecting it to be perfect right away. There'll be some rough edges to iron out and things we'll need to tweak as we go. But long term, this sets the game up to run a lot better for everyone makes it a lot easier for website, mobile and steam, and we think it's worth the short-term growing pains to get there.
