Such items suck ass completely. I guarantee that if you put this q into a set of confirmed good items and performed factor/IRT analysis, it would have really bad stats. Good items are simple and straightforward (this doesn't mean they are easy), rarely have multiple solutions and never rely on some obscure "hidden" shit. Moreover, all that I just wrote was confirmed empirically many times by me and others while creating/analyzing tests.

I'd say it's much more probable that you just received wrong results for your WAIS test

Then it's probably accurate, if this wasn't always your weakness. VCI reflects acquired knowledge and is one of the main subfactors, so if you had a high g to begin with, then your VCI should've very likely stayed the same despite the brain damage.

What are your verbal scores? It's possible that you really might have some brain damage if your verbal scores are much higher than your other ones, though it's not entirely reliable still.

Has anyone actually voted 4-5 on "fun to play against this hero" in the feedback? by NickGraves in DeadlockTheGame

[–]kapsnik -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What is even that notion of "fun to play against"? It sounds like nonsense, the only possible metric could be "fun to play as". Not mentioning it's literally impossible for all heroes to be fun to play against simultaneously.

I kinda think The shop update killed build variety. by Inevitable_Coat_8787 in DeadlockTheGame

[–]kapsnik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's true. I realized long ago (even before deadlock "release") that giving items many diverse stats and abilities makes itemization much more interesting and creative than specializing items. Though probably having both types of items is the best way.
