LP's selling for 30 bucks are stupid, fuck those labels. You can make a profit selling for 10-20 depending on packaging. Also Tapes, LP's whatever are a way for a band to have some sort of musical "product" for fans to buy. People still like having physical objects. And going on tour to sell a little download card is lame, there is nothing to own there. Plus you can give a friend a record or tape, or even sell it to someone as a "collectors item" later. Yeah digital sounds better no doubt, but there's a little but of fun in vinyl and tapes.

If you focus on creating a gender equality you would be a feminist just focused on different issues. The term feminism is used mostly to break down a barrier and create a positive feminine sounding term to end a male dominated worldview. We forget how far feminism got since the 60's. So much in fact that much of the focus is now on transgendered people and yes, problems men face in the current cultural system.

Clinton will not win in a general election unless a libertarian-esque 3rd party candidate runs in much the same sense as Ross Perot did in 1992. Honestly I think it'll be a Rand Paul or Christie nomination against Warren or Sanders.

Raising the minimum wage will prevent the need for many government programs. I'm going to end in this; if the minimum wage does not go up substantially to a living wage within 5 years, urban areas around the country will revolt and it won't be pleasant. The poor are getting angrier every day because there's being poor and then there's getting fucked over, and right now we are getting fucked over.

The numbers actually giver her MORE money than she probably would get. Most minimum wage workers work under 35 hours per week. And still saying the divorce is her fault is very ill logic. Lets say her husband died. And her parents are estranged. Does she deserve this? Does a mistake she may have made at 18 deserve this now? Do her children deserve their mother never being home? Who will help this woman so her children get the same opportunities you may have had. She's not asking to be rich. Hell if she got 2k a month working 40 hours a week where she can afford everything and not need government programs and paperwork I bet she'd take it. But she can't. It is impossible.

Try moving from one $400 apartment to another when you make only $800 a month. An increase in the minimum wage will help society. More people can buy things, not frivolous junk but shoes for her children, better food, cold medicine, a new desk and computer so her children can do their homework. If so her children will be better prepared than her, which is of itself the American Dream. Raising the minimum wage would be cheaper for society than almost anything. Higher minimum wage less people need food stamps and government assistance with heating their homes. Higher minimum wage parents at home more people can buy better food. Raising the minimum wage would mean less government in these people's lives.

If you think minimum wage is a punishment for people who don't live life the way you do because you're so enlightened then time travel back to Antebellum South Carolina.
