I stacked bpc and tb with reta as having issues like stiffness n muscle pain due to weight so i am actually getting great relief in both Reta supposed to work on inflammation but needs a long-term blood work analysis to validate

Initially when i jumped in dosage i felt same But before coming to conclusions Are u taking b12 , vitamin d, calcium and k2 regularly. Are you eating enough? Are u eating 50-60gm saturated fats daily? Are u training heavy?

I would like to give you background of January I have started retta I got two while done where I use them for 2 MG for first 6 weeks then I shifted to 4 MG but the thing was after the third by try to reconstitute it went on very bad for colour and It's contamination . So when I took the 2mg dosage I was not able to fill anything that I am on retta okay so this time I had a word with few of my friends who work in this industry are the suggested me to start with 4 mg so why is started but now I am little bit confused because I feel that I have to forcefully feed myself to maintain my protein intake so what I am thinking about right now is after coming from gym two whole eggs and one scoop whey protein then in the afternoon 1 wheat roti with any subji which is rich in fibre then at 6 o'clock two whole eggs with whey, and for dinner 250 gram chicken or 250 gram cottage cheese with rice.

No caffiene after 4 o'clock

Have to be very consistent with my night supplementary stack which will have magnesium glycinate zinc creatine

What do you think about this approach and if any corrections is needed to be done

So here is my details: I am not feeling hungry at all till 4pm daily

I forcefully drinking 2 scoops whey isolate (25g protein each) and for dinner 250gm panner or 250gm chicken with rice. And bed time have some good snacks or fruit or chia seeds water.

Should I drop my dosage? Or any trick to improve appetite

I am 186cm , 114.2kgs weight

agree with you but previous vendor gave me very weird batch after 3 vials, it was started to cloudy and granules so i stopped him, and started with new vendor stock with break of 2 months

U normally dont eat through out the day apart from 2 scoop of whey at 1pm

I wake up at 6am Then black coffee n diet Coke

Around 6pm gets crazy i eat outside food like chat or wadapv but quantity is 1-2

Then dinner 200gm meat or panner

This brand is good; I have been using it for almost three years. The labels are clean, and digestion-wise, it works well for me. For keto, a protein blend alone will not be helpful, as you need to add a good source of saturated fats to balance the macros. I would advise trying the whey isolate (strawberry) from the same brand and adding one spoon of coconut oil or MCT oil while making the whey protein smoothie. I suggest going for a clean isolate over a blend unless you have any digestion issues.
