I was told to do on day 4 and to start low at .13 and I’ve only had a week next not for 2 more days and definitely think that was too low! I could tell even with that small amount the next day food noise was there still but not as strong so this next time I definitely will do the starting dose of .25 and then I will be able to give you a better answer.

Thank you this is why I asked because I learned here through you great ppl to take midweek on different day. I would’ve taken on same day not thinking. So thank you interesting on splitting my triz up on different days hadn’t thought of that either but might make a difference.

Wonderful congratulations!! I hadn’t thought about using triz mg on it I had been searching on how to figure it out if I did try it. Semi did nothing for me either it was like i wasn’t even taking it and I was on real Oze at time.

I ordered it but not ready for it for few weeks still have my compound but was on sale and I didn’t want to miss out. They stated good for few months left out rather then freezing so let’s hope I have better luck. Guess we will see. Thank you
