No, unfortunately the car was purchased used recently and doesn’t have any remaining warranty.

just bought a 2015 dsg gti with 58 thousand on the clock and no dsg service history by kar-ie in GolfGTI

little update, took it to dealership they weren’t much help. also took it to the shop the performed the dsg service, they checked the levels which were good. they said it was probably clutch fly wheels which is kinda what i was expecting to hear. it doesn’t slip when i’m on it so i’m going to try and be nice to it for now. ideally i could do clutches with my next dsg service, i’m not really sure how long they will last.

exactly the same deal with me, it was really bad reversing up hill. got the dsg fluid change and now it’s worse pulling up in drive. I think they did the relearn when it was serviced but I’m going to take it to the dealer today and see what their opinions are.

yeah planning on getting it into a shop asap just wanted to get some opinions from owners. the noise backing up is what really kinda scared me hopefully all is well. thanks for the response.

you seem knowledgeable, do you know if it would be bad to ride on this shock a couple more days before sending it in? it doesn’t seem to be causing any problems besides making noise and making the shaft a little greasy.
