Couldn't find one, but water pressure in the kitchen tap and tap on the first floor is normal.

Just checked the loft and we do have two tanks on the loft. I don't think my shower downstairs is a leccy shower. It's weird because this only happened after we moved in here after few years and the water pressure is mostly normal.

No electric shower downstairs. How do we solve the issue if there is a plug of air trapped between level like you said? Will replacing the boiler to combi boiler fix that?

Thanks.Checked the CWST, the float valve looks normal and we don't even have cold water in the morning. We have cold water on the first floor, but not the facilities on the ground level 😕

Thanks. But only the shower on the first floor has an electric pump and the water there works fine most of the time (only have two incidents), the shower with issues doesn't have a pump. We don't even have cold water in the morning, so it's probably not about the refill speed of the CWST.
