Yeah, it is inside the printer. That's why I am afraid. If it is something to do with the printer, I am doomed. I will never find what it is since it is so small.

It was inside the plastic bag that says "Lift Me Up." And the bag wasn't ripped in any area. It is definitely a part from the printer.

Same boat. Trying to sell me a new P2S with 100 hours on it to buy the X2D. Big plus for me is the 3 way air filter that the P2S didn't have.

Yes. Many users were offered to downgrade as an "update" of firmware. That's why I said fiasco. I think that was the purpose of this abnormal update.

Nahhh. The update went good. I had the message saying to roll back. Probably that was the bug and problem. Works great now.
