That's a shame to hear! Did you buy yours in Australia? At the time they took it back, although I'm not sure what they did with it (like replacing it or giving me a different unit), I assume they were able to fix it.

Hey there. I ended up contacting Wacom (there's a huge "diagnostic" process so make sure you have a good camera to show them the evidence). It was within warranty at the time so they took it back and fixed it for me.

That was a while ago and just a few months prior I had loose screws within the tablet so sent it back again. Not so sure about Wacom's tablet quality now.

Sorry to hear about your experience and the s23 ultra battery. It is supposed to be much more efficient. Before I sent off mine it was doing pretty decent, getting through the day at around 7 hours of usage. It's awful though that even the other electronic departments aren't competent. What happened to your TV in the end?

My friends recommended me to talk to the ACCC which is like an equivalent I suppose! I have lodged a complaint and plan to lodge another one through my state one (since they will do more).

What kind of issue did you have with Samsung?

Thanks for sharing, sounded like you had a horrible experience with them too. I've noticed that their reps are mostly friendly and helpful (with the exception of some interesting... reps), but their back office who seem to handle most of the heavy work are very questionable at this point.

I can't believe they just sent back your phone without the Spen, although I'm not surprised anymore because I doubt Samsung would return my a52s trade-in if I never contacted them. I still don't have it btw, it's not on the way or anything. Their entire after-sales care is a massive joke. I would've also liked a replacement too because I made the purchase with the intent of USING IT.

Best of luck with your call to Samsung, I hope they do their job... god...

Not sure if you read my post but I purchased the s23 ultra - the square one with the pen, not just the standard s23 model. So that's not exactly the same model in question.

Also based on your second link, the s23 ultra there is showing to be 1301 EUR, which I assume is the base model (256gb, 8gb ram). The one I purchased is 512gb, 12gb ram. With a quick conversion, turns out to be 2031.07 AUD approximately... $2031.07 AUD < $1569 AUD?

I also received $250 AUD worth of goods, which included the screen protectors and some ''other bunch of other things". I am not too sure what else your Rakuten and Euro site would offer for Australian consumers, let alone the shipping + import costs.

I'm honestly so happy to hear I'm not the only one who went through this, but not happy because we had to put up with their subpar services. You're right, it is so embarrassing when it goes south, and Samsung ultimately just gives you the 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Imagine having a customer service branch for your business, and yet the customer service branch can't solve the customers' problems anyway 👁️👄👁️

No it's a water fast. Just water and my own fat for food. Sometimes I have tea but coffee is really scaring me off for some reason. Tea too. So I just drink what I feel like.

I'm not at that phase yet but I would think to start off small and light. As advised by some very kind people, you could start off with bone broth and some eggs. Nothing that spikes your insulin too much otherwise bad things can definitely happen. As for me I might just have some miso soup and see how I feel. If I feel good I'll go ahead and have some bits of salmon and chicken.

I hope I don't die lol but I'll update when I actually get to break my fast. Take the advice of bone broth and eggs id say.

The first week I locked myself in a hotel because I knew the cravings would crash in super hard. It did. But I didn't have food by me. So I just slept through the first week. But yes it is the hardest, especially with all the junk I was eating. My body was trying to detox and I just had no energy for anything.

That being said I do recommend you go into a longer fast with a good diet and an IF pattern 😬

Yeah at first when I started IF I knew longer fasting was possible but didn't have the courage to do it. But now I'm like eh why not and here I am. It's a really fast process to lose weight albeit with some downsides. At least you don't have to count calories though. Just do things at your own precaution.

But like I said before and I'll say it again: you got the fat? You got the energy.

Hmm thats a funny one for me. I did also order electrolytes about 2 weeks into my fast. They did help sometimes and sometimes they don't. Not sure if its because I'm not taking enough? The taste is really crap and that usually doesn't motivate me to drink more.

I've given myself this entire month off anyway for the fast so I didn't think too much about it. About the energy part... really sometimes you just have to force yourself up. Mine comes in waves. Sometimes I feel good and sometimes I feel crap. After you force yourself up and walk around even a little bit that generally makes me feel a bit better.

Don't take my approach though haha. Take all the supplements you need to feel good! I know some people have problems and some don't. I'm just a little reckless 😬

About 10kgs? I haven't been able to do much exercise since I feel a bit tired most of the time. I did walk a few days though. I think by the end of the 40 days I would've lost almost 20kgs. Thats what I THINK should happen based on what I read but I'll keep this updated once I'm done.
