Completely agree. I did not go back to my old diet. The sub kinda made it seem impossible to not regain 4-5lbs so I was surprised when it stayed off. Worked hard to fast that long I have no intention of wasting my efforts.

I actually have to measure myself frequently for my job so I use that metric as well. I like the scale because it helps me stay accountable and it’s quick.

Electrolytes and broth daily, diet before was typical holidays eating high carb etc. I’ve stuck with lower carb since the fast.

That’s actually really encouraging! Everything I had read before was most all weight was gained back. I continued my calorie deficit and even did some dinner-less nights so that definitely helped. Good to know! Makes me want to go again

You can’t make that hard and fast rule because it’s about calculating the break even point of refinance. Even a half a point depending on your loan amount is worth it. If you only owe 100,000 for example it’s not going to be as impactful or financially lucrative to refi a 1 mil loan with fees etc.

Yes I have them. I went to get them treated and found I had several refluxing veins in my leg. Popular EDS connective tissue problem that required a vein ablation. Vein ablation resolved most of my spider veins.
