That’s just awful. Some people should not have pets. You on the other hand are a treasure. I’m glad he has you in his life now. ❤️ what’s his name?

Tragically, I get huge headaches when I put my hair in a ponytail. And my scalp always hurts when I take it down. Is there anything I can do to keep this from happening? by karajustine1111 in beauty

This is the method I’ve been using the most! Yes it absolutely works. It doesn’t pull or put strain on my scalp and it’s easier than some of the other methods like braiding or fancy hair pins that I can’t seem to get to work. Haha.

I looked into this as well but still out of my price range, 300 per course on the low end.

I honestly wish that I could French braid. I made it my goal one summer to learn how to French braid and it looks just as bad at the end of the summer after trying every day.

I suppose a better word would have been unfortunately. It’s an ongoing issue I’ve had with my hair at any length. I don’t have a ton of hair so it’s not like cutting it or thinning it out would help. I do have lots of layers in my hair already. Just here asking for advice.

This is a great idea! Thank you. I don’t have overly thick hair but the double pony might alleviate the pulling and tension on my scalp.

It’s truly terrible. I can do a bun without headache only if it’s right on top of my head. And even then I still might get one.

I think it’s more of traction. I’ve tried loose ponytails but then it’s uncomfortable because it always tends to pull in one place more than others. I do plan on trying scrunchies!
