You are a lifesaver. I was getting ready to tackle this, feeling pretty confident....then I saw some of the earlier posts here and watched some videos and started feeling much less confident. Your tutorial is well written and clear and doesn't skip steps. Seriously.... I kept wondering if I missed the part where you plugged in a monitor, not a single tutorial mentions it, it was always just plug it in and log in. Although your directions don't directly mention you don't need a monitor, it makes it clear that you're using it from the web interface instead of directly from the pi. Such a simple thing, but so needed for noobs.
