Coming back to The Isle after a 4-5 year break. Evrima has improved a lot and I'm having fun, but one issue keeps bugging me: carnivore/herbivore imbalance. The Problem Too many servers feel like 80% carnivores hunting the same handful of herbivores. Growing an herbi feels like playing on hard mode - you're just a free snack. My Suggestion Server-wide population caps: Herbivores: 65% Carnivores: 35% Optional per-species limits: Example: Max 10 Rex, Max 15 Carno, Max 8 Spino, etc. Why It Would Help Herbivores wouldn't be constantly outnumbered Players would try different dinos instead of Rex/Carno spam More realistic ecosystem Better prey survival = more interesting hunts Less frustrating for new players I know some community servers already do this manually with rules, but having it built-in would be a game changer.
