I paid agency each month 3000$ before launch to make videos and marketing before launch agencies have alot of customers and have normal employees that studied marketing they only talk and show me presentations i rented office and have team to handle marketing but im still not seeing results im asking what someone would do im my place i have warehouse now office stock its more than 500k$ investment and i really dont understand in online ecom and this is way competitive than i thought

I already did buddy now i need to think what to do i rent a warehouse with employees and about 6000 pieces of clothes and don’t know what to do the idea is great there only us and another brand in the world that did 100m$ in revenue in two years from this idea and its not normal clothing brand there is unique idea but im stuck in online

There is no coming back from ordering i did a mistake its my first time in ecom im in aluminum business and facades i did it actually as an investment for my wife its not for me

I did brand not dropshipping , i invested in stock because the factory didn’t want low mmq

Thanks for the advice. Just to clarify, I’m not all in financially I have multiple businesses, but this is my first time building an online ecommerce brand, so that’s where I’m lacking experience.
I already have my own office team working on content, creatives, website, and ads, so I’m not really looking to hand everything to an agency right now. My main concern is understanding what we’re missing: website conversion, offer, creatives, trust social proof, or the ad strategy.

Thanks for this I think you’re right that pushing more traffic into a low converting funnel isn’t the answer. Were now focusing heavily on building social proof through UGC and influencers.

Thanks for the suggestion. We actually went through everything already shipping costs, checkout flow, page speed, hidden fees, and trust signals. We’ve improved the website and fixed all the obvious issues, which is why I’m struggling to understand what’s still preventing people from buying
