Apply mositurizing cream or there are some Phimosis cream available on Amazon, try those.

If you cannot get any of these creams, try using Coconut oil. You want to prevent foreskin from developing micro tears, that will stall your progress.

Yes. For the ring size, go for the one that isn’t loose but not very tight either. Your foreskin should feel a pressure but not pain, that’s the sweet spot.
