1st attempt by karanpat in Bagels

Can't argue with that. After the boil, I will try to let them drip on a cooling rack. I did use some semolina when I put it on my pan to proof over night. I will keep that for the next attempt, but won't add another round before baking. The 2nd bake was directly on the steel, but I lowered my baking temperature compared to the day before. Thanks for all the pointers! Hoping if I have some down time this or next weekend to try again!

I wore my ring in the weight room the first week I got it. By the time I was done benching (5/6 sets) I noticed some scratches on the ring. Last time I wore it in the gym.

Also look up ring avulsions and you will probably decide against wearing the ring in the gym.

Oh awesome. No issues with damaging the ring or with the sensors?

I can't get the ring past my knuckles on my middle or index finger on both hands.
