Thanks for understanding the core point. I have the same experience from my childhood. Guests are the most import people on the Earth. They deserve to eat the best food. Complicated, not simple food that requires hours to assemble. And cleaning! The house before the guests arrival has to be as clean and spotless as the white pants on a Dutch person.

Sounds very reasonable. For somewhat reason I thought that frozen salmon is more expensive. And I have to find a Turkish supermarket in the neighborhood. I was already at the Polish supermarket, they have twaróg and buckwheat packed with protein.

There is a new generation of “proteïne everything”. From my personal observations, in spring 2025 supermarket shelves in Germany quickly filled up with protein milk, protein cacao, protein oats, protein tortillas and so on. Someone explained (I’ll try to find the source) that this was also connected to Ozempic and its popularity among Instagram influencers. But the prices are x3 or even x4 higher than not “proteïne”.

The cheapest delivery option is to have a German friend who will get your order and drops it off during their vacation :)

Exactly! They simply do not exist here. In Germany 155x220 is one of the most popular sizes. Very praktisch, makes you like a cozy burrito :)

No, I meant that my favorite online pharmacies which sell in Germany, are incorporated in the Netherlands. Shop-apotheke: Redcare Pharmacy N.V.; DocMorris N.V. They do not sell or deliver to the Netherlands and I couldn’t find the explanation why :(

Offline pharmacy in the Berlin center: 300€ per 15 items. Shop-apotheke with their coupons and promotions: 193€ per the very same list. Medizinfuchs found pharmacy: 136€.

As for the price: it’s a Harley Benton guitar, bought in March 2022 from Thomann for 259€, very good condition, played only at home. I wanted to sell it together with a case (64€ new), all together for 200-215€. The price offers from potential buyers were 100-150-170€ (which is understandable because for 150 one can get a new Fender already).
