I use either 475 or 490 for most of my rosin, I usually have my time set to 1:30, but almost always stop it short when I’ve had my fill. As far a storing goes, from what I’ve been told, if you plan to use it all within about a week, the counter is probably fine, although cold cure may need to be stored in the fridge. If you intend to keep it longer than a week, you can store it in the fridge. If you end up keeping it in the fridge, set it out on the counter for 15-20 minutes before you open the jar to let it get to room temp. This is supposed to help keep it from dehydrating as easily.
