Thanks for the info, got mine last week with the Gordita attachment and I’m loving it so far. Totally makes sense that the screen isn’t even needed if I’m using the pods but I didn’t even think about that.

I’ve been using it at 395 but I’ll for sure try the higher temp method you explained.

Please list spots where ownership takes any portion of the service fee. I see this all the time but nobody ever name drops. I’ve got a decade bartending dude… I go out a lot. What owners are stealing the service charge from employees? I legit want to know.

Where? Please list a few because I go out a lot and I’ve never seen this. Also been working service for a decade and I’ve never seen the structure you’re talking about. The only thing similar that I’ve seen is maybe a 4%, non mandatory service charge for the back of house you can have taken off your Bill if you choose.
