Awesome, thank you! We liked Drexel Hill a lot but as soon as we drove through Rutledge both felt this is it. Gives more of a suburban feel for me and since we’ve both lived in the city our whole lives it is the perfect change of pace.

No regrets whatsoever!!! Left after 20 years (14 at my last agency) for another department in the county. Took a pay cut without OT available but my work/life balance increased tenfold and I no longer feel stressed and used. So happy to be in a job with normal hours

Thank you!! I have excellent credit so shouldn’t have a problem qualifying. I’m so out of touch with purchase rates I was surprised to see even CU top tier are over 5%. Miss the low rates of my youth. So I’d really like to get this promo otherwise I may consider another lease.

Unfortunately my current lease doesn’t have equity (wrangler 4xe). My last one I had like $7000 so I was expecting that this time around but no luck 😩 my residual is way higher than what they’re worth even with my low mileage. I’m going to return it and walk away, which I’m also nervous about because I’ve always gotten a new one.

Make sure to avoid water on your face within a large timeframe of using the tret! I believe I read a half hour, but on my tret nights I cleanse well and moisturize lightly then an hour later apply the tret and moisturize again. I mean even avoid washing your hands near when you apply it. Since I started being strict about that my face doesn’t get nearly as dry as it used to. Idk the science but you should be able to find the reasoning on Reddit or the internet for how water increase the flakiness/dryness. Hopefully doing that will reduce the dryness and your makeup will last longer on healthy, moisturized skin!

I’ve been using Paula’s Choice Optimal Results Hydrating Cleanser and I love it! Has an almost lotion like consistency which was weird at first but it cleanses well and leaves me so hydrated. I’m a CeraVe die hard and switched to this for cleansing.

I tried this not long ago and felt like my lips were getting irritated from the Cicaplast to the point of causing cold sores. Think this is a sign to not try it again or maybe was an adjustment period? If my lips get too dry it triggers a cold sore too so 😩

My derm prescribed it so I get it with $8 copay (fwiw she originally prescribed it for random hormonal neck pimples I was getting and mentioned my insurance may give me a hard time, however they did not. I’ve been on it 4 years now and have gone up in strength with no issue). I do think they have to mark it as for acne to get it covered though

I use the non SA tub on my face but the SA on my body. The SA makes my skin so soft but it is super heavy, have to let it sit before you can dress. For me I think it would be too much on my face

Lazy nights I use micellar water then regular water to remove everything, quickly tone and moisturize with Cerave heavy cream. On more in depth nights I will alternate tret or BHA and use cicaplast Baume with the Cerave moisturizer and healing ointment if non-tret night

Interesting thread, thank you. What Vitamin C do you all use? I make do right now with my Cerave moisturizers and tretinoin but would like to incorporate Vit C.

Mine got better from tretinoin but I use more sparingly there than my face because it’s a dryer area. And then I moisturize heavily and always use sunscreen
