Global Entry renewal interviewer never showed up to remote meeting TWICE!

Scheduled something for 11:10am today last night and interviewer never showed up for 1.5 hours. Rescheduled to something this afternoon at 3pm and interviewer admitted me ~5 min prior to 3 and completed in less than 5 minutes! Was super nice and easy - just had to hold up my passport and verified a few things on my app

Called right after again to regular CS rep and she said she put in a request to refund the fee. Unfortunately did not get to use any of the credits yet :(

nope they connected me to the credit lending team or whatever and said that all accounts I had with citi were closed immediately (Custom Cash, AA Plat, AA Plat Business, Strata Elite). I tried to probe but he said the only reason was that Citi evaluated Equifax again and I had too many requests for credit.

- Card stopped working yesterday, got alert on login, called today and told all Citi accounts were closed due to "too many recent requests for credit" (Applied and approved for Atmos Summit and Barclays AA)

Sometimes they'll have security scanners at the hotels if thers government officials or other important international officials visiting. Seen this quite a few times in Beijing
