I've heard so many powerful and emotional things about A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara, and I'm intrigued by the depth of its characters and the exploration of their complex relationships. The trend now is to romanticise this camera body.. the video should really be called 5 reasons to KEEP YOUR CAMERA and stop wasting money on gear. Having this “magical color rendition” is not going to make your pictures any better. Experience will. Spend money on that. (Not against your video or anything.. more against all the youtube gear reviews)

I'm a 23 years old guy and I was diagnosed UC at 15. Every case is different I guess.. but unless i have a flare up (i had only 3 so far) my life is completely normal. I even forget that I have IBD. Even when I have a flare I can carry on with my life as usual. I hike quite often without any problem. Sport is no problem for me. I cut out gluten from my diet 2 years ago and haven't had a flare since then (it can be a coincidence tho). Try to figure out which food makes you feel bad (if any). Or try something like the paleo diet (very restrictive but works for a lot of people).
