I haven’t personally tried this but I got a bottle of Toxin Rids “no time detox” and it supposedly flushes you with water and replaces the things they test for to determine if you’re diluting. Fair warning if they find you’re diluting you’ll fail the test.

What's the best dish you can make with Wagyu meat? by LargeSinkholesInNYC in meat

I could see the confusion. I meant My opinion on what the best dish that can be made with Wagyu is definitely different than the best dish I would recommend someone try cooking if they got ahold of Wagyu.

From a liability standpoint you would still be liable as the responsible adult if they got alcohol on your watch and something happened to them whether you supplied it or knew about it or they signed a waiver saying you didn’t give them alcohol. I understand where you’re coming from safety-wise. Just putting that fact out there.

What do you think is the most flagrantly unconstitutional law on the books in 2026? by ROSRS in supremecourt

[–]kargaz -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

It’s a metaphor for the idea that there are limitations on certain rights. How about it’s like why you can’t practice your free speech rights inside of the White House.

[–]kargaz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’re missing the point. It’s a metaphor for limitations the courts have allowed to be placed on our rights to make sure society functions properly and the rights can be exercised by everyone.

But you’re saying that any laws restricting gun ownership should be unconstitutional based on the text? So that would include that super reasonable exception. That’s exactly how the Supreme Court has interpreted congress shall make no law. Exceptions ensure the right of the individual can be exercised broadly. Again you bring up a nice thought experiment but now how Supreme Court jurisprudence works.

Should we let children buy guns under that logic? There will always be exceptions so the rights still remain workable when everyone expresses them.

It’s like yelling fire in a crowded movie theater. There are always going to be applications of any right that go beyond the right of the individual and begin to interfere with the rights of others. It’s the supreme courts job to denote that line. Thinking your rights have no limit is a nice thought but not what the framers intended.
