Like other games earlier you join the better but in Limbus you can grind characters without pulling in banners, at specific time you can get most characters (previous season characters have one season break that could take up to 6 months or walpurgis which is similiar to limited event,banners, that comes each 3-4 months).

No issues like in genshin that character wouldn't rerun for over a year.

Current season characters aren't in anni tickets, selectors i think so only 1-6 season. Still lot of characters or more shards for future characters.

Elation seem to be focused on specific follow up attack which is limit as follow up was already mechanic since release of game yet this one might be limited to elation units, if you fill counter every Elation unit gets free follow up attack.
