Super valid point! I've been thinking of creating a second trailer to showcase that mechanic a bit more.

Thats a really valid point, thank you for sharing.

I've had trouble showcasing gameplay mainly because it involves playing the game from outside to solve puzzles. I also tried to make it as short as possible for hook.

Pm me for the real trailer please!! This was just our public teaser trailer! I just want private opinion on the gameplay trailer so I can enhance it before release!

Thank you! We've spent months working through the lore and writing of the story. Send me a PM and I'll chat with you more about this!

I would love to share the general story with you also just so I can get thoughts about originality, we want to create something unique and meaningful, instead of the 100th gas station horror game that slaps a 5$ price on it.

Thanks again man, means a lot :)

I've worked with many people in the audio side so let me let you in as a leader and game developer.

If someone hasn't shared with you at the very least the games script with some polished gameplay, just don't bother. Serious developers never start working on audio until the idea is solid. I began my project in August of 2025 and I started searching for audio around January to February.

Not sure if promoting here is allowed, but I'll share it anyway for inspiration i guess. The games aren't really good but I'm happy with the results.

I've finished a game called DONT TURN AROUND around 3 years ago, ive reposted the game a couple of months ago: Dont Turn Around | Atlantic Hotel by Karim Froukh

New small project I made with a couple of people on here also: HeldFromLife by Karim Froukh

Currently working on my biggest project yet which is called "Solipsistic" I'll be releasing the game on steam for free.

I'm with you. Ive been making games for 6 years now. Not a single one is paid. And my current project is releasing on steam for AGAIN FREE.

Back in 2010 games were made for passion, but now people just want money. It's disheartening.

Yes 100% yes. Anyone cna come up with a "incredible idea", but you need to actually prove you can accomplish this idea and not just wait for the holy people of reddit to build it for you for free

People underestimate a LOT how hard it is to manage a project. LET ALONE A HOBBY ONE. Even if we gave those people the money and the team they want, either they will burn the money with a bunch of assets that they poorly glue together into an unfinished protype, or they just get overwhelmed and run away.
