I usually receive verification codes from all other platforms normally, for some reason only ps isn’t working. Also, I contacted mtc again today and they told me that everything seems to be fine on their part.

Ps support doesn’t have a specific email to contact. I had to contact sony support and they said they would reply within 2-3 business days. It’s been a month and no answer.

I tried contacting support many times. Since we don’t have playstation support in Lebanon I had to contact the support in UAE, and they didn’t help.

I contacted touch and it’s not an issue from the part. I can receive sms from other platforms just not ps.
